Description
Property is approximately  20 Acres and is the next to the last property on
Second Gate Road. 

The lower property line is Sherwood Creek. Large numbers of Oak, Pine, and Madrone
trees on property. The property is a gentle downslope to steep with good access.

There is an access road going from the main driveway to the pond about half way
from the house to the creek. 

Directions
Take Hwy 101 north out of Willits. Turn left at Sherwood Road (the turnoff to
Brooktrails). Follow Sherwood Road until you cross a one lane bridge. Continue on 
Sherwood Road about 8 tenths mile to Second Gate Road. (there will be a large 
number of mail boxes on the right with a large blue one on the end with the name Fish)
This is Second Gate Road, continue up the road and at the first intersection go
straight through, at the second intersection stay to the right. Continue until you
see my for-sale signs on both sides of the road. 

Property
Starting at the post on the left follow the line of site down the orange wire 
marker to a tree down the hill with an orange ribbon. The property line continues 
down this line to Sherwood Creek. If you continue driving down the road you will
come to a locked green gate, this is the other side of the property and it again 
continues in a straight line to the creek. The road goes a little off the property
and then curves back on to the gate.

Utilities
The house is off the grid and is powered from a propane generator and solar system. 
There is telephone service available.
Water supply is from springs and water being pumped from the pond to a 9,000 Gallon
storage tank at the top of the property.
